SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING

Hello and thank you for placing an order with PinMe 1913.  Preparation for shipment happens very quickly after an order is placed if your item(s) are in stock.  For this reason orders cannot be modified after being submitted. 

 

Once you place your order you will receive email notification that your order was received.  Once your item ships you will receive a shipment notification email.  These are the only two emails you will receive from PinMe 1913 unless you send an email asking a specific question.  If the item(s) you ordered are on back order we will NOT send emails giving status updates.  Please know that ALL orders are filled.  The orders with out of stock or back ordered items simply take a little longer as noted on each product page if applicable.  If it is noted on the product page we will not send additional emails regarding the shipping timeline.

The shipping policy and information is as follows:

​

  • Orders take 3-5 business days to process.  No matter the shipping speed selected ALL ORDERS take 3-5 business days to process.

  • Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipping you will receive notification via email with your tracking specifics.  (Please allow the system adequate time to reflect tracking updates; this should happen within 48 hours.)

  • Depending on shipping speed selected and your location - orders will take between 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped(shipping time may be longer for international orders).  Please allow for additional delivery time during holiday seasons.

  • Please note that PinMe 1913 observes all major holidays.

  • Please note that we are not able to adjust prices for orders that have been finalized.  We cannot add a promo code after you have placed your order.

  • Custom orders take time.  Expect your custom order to ship within 4-8 weeks after the custom design has been finalized or after a custom template order has been placed.  Please note that custom orders placed in November 25th - January 15th may take additional time due to the ways in which the holiday season impacts manufacturing and shipping.

We do not ship partial orders(except that one time when a small batch went out too soon).  If an item in your order is custom, a pre-order or on back order we will ship the order when all items are available for shipping.  Please place two separate orders if you would like the items that are in stock to ship in line with the time schedule detailed above.

 

Thank you in advance for understanding that Pin Me 1913 is not responsible for delays due to weather or carrier mishaps.  We are not responsible if you do not input your shipping information accurately.  We are responsible for the squeals of joy and excitement recipients of Pin Me 1913 products will make.  Please see the Return & Refund Policy on this page.

Please note that PinMe 1913 is closed December 15 - January 5.  Orders placed during that time period will ship when we open.

BACK ORDERED

Once your order has been submitted it is NOT possible for it to be changed.  Promotional codes cannot be added once the transaction is finalized.

Promotional codes are provided for our VIP Subscribers via email.  Occasionally you will find codes advertised on the company's social media platforms.  

BACK ORDERED

If an item is on back order it's because it's a favorite.  We are doing our best to keep our exclusive and carefully curated merchandise in stock but if your love for a collection causes a pin to be on back order that will be clearly indicated. If the piece became a back ordered item after your order was placed we will provide a full refund should you not want to wait for the piece to restock.

PLEASE NOTE:  At times high demand numbers in the HEY NUMBA Collection and high demand pins from all collections may be out of stock for immediate shipment.  Though we are constantly replenishing inventory, at times, there may be a delay.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.  Every order will be fufilled however additional time may be added to the shipping timeline detailed on this page.

PRE-ORDERS

PRE-ORDERS

Thank you for your pre-orders!  The items pre-ordered in October and early November 2020 will begin shipping on November 12, 2020.  All Pre-ordered items will be shipped by or before November 19, 2020.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to meet the welcomed demand.

 

Keep those orders coming!  Please know that we are doing our best to keep items in stock and ready to ship post the official Pin Me 1913 launch.  Orders placed after November 12th will follow the shipping process and schedule detailed under the Shipping Information section on this page.

 

Going forward should a coming release be a pre-order item we will provide specific arrival and expected shipment dates.

All sales are final however you can make your purchase with confidence.  If there is an issue with your order please contact us so that we can do our part to rectify the situation.  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report defects.
