ABOUT PINME

PinMe 1913 began as a company focused on designing one-of-a-kind luxe pins for members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.  Very quickly, the company's focus expanded. PinMe 1913 is now a Luxe Lifestyle Brand offering unique pin collections, jewelry, paraphernalia, and top-tier selections for the home and body.

 

PinMe 1913 is on a mission to have an impact on style.  We have something for everyone (not only for members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.) - take a look and incorporate PinMe 1913 selections as part of your daily adornment.

 

THE ROLE

As the Personal Assistant, an essential role for the PinMe 1913 team, you will report directly to the Owner and CEO to assist with all aspects of the business, from e-commerce strategy and fulfillment to production, design, inventory management, merchandising, and marketing. You will also assist in growing the brand presence both online and offline. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Perform general assistant duties for Owner/CEO, including but not limited to managing correspondence, calendar, and travel.

  • Manage email accounts, email inquiries, and other customer communication.

  • Catalog merchandise and process orders.

  • Review orders daily and fulfill incoming e-commerce and wholesale orders.

  • Ensure shipments are delivered in a timely manner in partnership with 3rd party shipping partners.

  • Manage inventory, inventory supplies, and production schedules.

  • Assist with production and design to drive the growth of the brand.

  • Assist with photoshoots, scheduling, execution, and ensuring the quality of the product.

  • Assist with marketing strategies and brand engagement on all social platforms.

  • Process and receive returns, and communicate with customers on refund or exchange status

  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of business experience in related field

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Applications (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)

  • E-commerce platform experience (optional)

  • Strong eye for fashion/aesthetics

  • Elevated start-up mindset with a resourceful and can-do attitude

  • Extremely detail oriented and resourceful with a strong ability to multi-task

  • Extremely strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Must be organized and detail-oriented, handle complex, fast-paced work environments, and accomplish task objectives within established time frames. 

  • Ability to work with others in a team environment and independently. 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive communications. 

  • Must be able to lift 40lbs with reasonable accommodation and stand for extended periods of time

  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive to office and production facilities

PAY

Hourly: $22.00
